We are paying the money to Immigration so visa approval will be strictly depend to UAE Immigration Department. UAE Immigration has no option to refund in case the visa got rejected at any reason.

What is the Validity of UAE Tourist Visa ?

There is an entry validity which is 60 days from Visa Issuance date. Stay Validity is depends on the type of visa. For Example for 30 days visa, maximum day of stay without fine is 30 days from entry date to the UAE.

How many days will it take to process my visa?

Once accepted, Visa applications requires a minimum of 1 - 5 working days to process and it may take longer depends on the case.

Can I travel or arrive at one Emirates, eventhough I am not holding a visa of that Emirate ?

Yes, once you have a valid UAE visa, you can travel anywhere within the country.

Is the visa application fee refundable if it has been rejected?

No, the visa application fee is non-refundable in all cases, including if the visa application is rejected.

Is there any minimum validity period required for Passport to apply for Tourist Visa ?

Yes, for Tourist visa, the passport should be valid for at least six months from the date of travel.
