Applicants who are applying at the Turkey visa application centre in Abu Dhabi and Dubai can apply maximum 60 days in advance.
It is compulsory for all documentation to be in English or Turkish. Documentation that is any other language should be translated prior to the visa application.
1. Passport:
- The original of the passport which is at least valid for 6 months starting by the arrival date in Turkey and has at least two empty pages. Copies of previously issued visas must be sustained.
2. Biometric Photographs
- 2 biometric photographs, a size of 5X6CM, with white background, shot in the last 6 months.
- It should be in sharp focus and clean.
- The photograph must show you looking directly at the camera.
- It is to be taken without headgear.
- It should be without hat/cap and without spectacles.
3. Valid Residence Permit:
- In order to apply in the United Arab Emirates, starting from the date of application, applicants must have a valid resident permit for at least 6 months.
- Photocopy of residence permit, visa and Emirates ID Copy.
4. Travel Documentation:
- Round trip flight pre-reservation. (It is highly recommended that you do not confirm the flight ticket before the visa is issued).
5. Accommodation Documentation:
- Hotel reservation (It is highly recommended that you do not confirm the hotel reservation before the visa is issued).If any, title deed in Turkey or rent agreement. Petition of the inviting person (it must include the reason for invitation, its duration, the person's commitment guaranteeing that he/she will return to his/her country after the travel, and his/her contact details) and ID copy of inviting person
6. Travel Health Insurance:
- Travel Health Insurance valid for the duration of the visa or copy of the insurance card and policy certificate indicating the area of coverage in Turkey. We provide travel health insurance services in our offices.
7. Employment Documentation of the Applicant
If an Employee:
- A original guarantee letter from the related company (Company owner or a responsible individual must indicate the position of the applicant, start date of employment, the dates that has vacation approved from work and a documentation proving the applicant will return to his/her country and contact details including a name surname with original signature and official stamp.)
Company’s trade license If a Company Owner:
- A letter in the company letter head mentioning exact purpose, travel dates, and a documentation proving the applicant will return to his/her country and financial undertaking with original signed and stamped. Company’s trade license
- Company’s bank account statement showing transactions for the last 3 months (with original stamp).
If Retired:
- The original retirement documentation and a documentation proving the amount of the last pension received.
If another person is Sponsoring Applicant:
- Above mentioned documentation of sponsor.
8. Financial Standing Documentation of the Applicant:
- The original retirement documentation and a documentation proving the amount of the last pension received.
- If any, the documents related to the properties owned by the applicant (title deed, license, etc.)
- If any, bank account summaries of a bank in Turkey or documents related to the properties.
9. Accommodation Documentation in United Arab Emirates:
- If any tenancy contract or title deed.
- If it is shared accommodation, a letter indicating the situation.
10. Additional Documentation:
- If applicant previously resident in Turkey, relevant residence document or work permit. If applicant previously resident in a country other than Turkey, relevant residence document. If any, previously issued Turkey visa. If any, current or previously issued Schengen / USA / UK visa. Applicants with dual citizenship are required to submit documents related to 2nd citizenship.
11. Documentation Required for Minors:
- Besides above-listed documents, the following documents must also be submitted for minor applicants.
- If he/she alone makes application, a notarized letter of consent signed by both parents must be submitted and passport & UAE residence visa copy. If only one parent accompanies the child, the consent letter of the parent who will remain in the country and passport & UAE residence visa copy (The letter should also contain an approval for the acquisition of a residence permit if their stay surpasses the duration provided with the visa).
- If application is not made jointly with the child, then said letter of consent must be submitted with passport & UAE residence visa copy.
- In case of divorce, both parents must each submit a letter of consent.
- If one of the parents is demised, then the death certificate of the demised parent must be submitted.
